Assuming you mean the slots in the bed of the truck where you can add 2x4s to divide up the truck bed? I think there are a few aftermarket products but not sure if there is a rubber boot for a 2x4. Maybe an bicycle tire tube?

Yeah, just use quality duct tape.

I just cut some short pieces of left over weather stripping from my tonneau cover and wrapped them over the top corners of my 2x12 divider and it fits nice and snug with no rattle/vibration. Due to the angle of the bottom of the slot, it does not work on the bottom. I actually cut a small 45 degree piece off off each side so it would sit flush on the bottom. I did have to hinge the 2x12 in order to get it in the bed due to the tonneau cover side rails. Used a 2x6 metal fence rail bracket on top above the hinge to keep it locked in. Works great
