This is just an FYI to other rollover customers waiting for their 2024 to come in.
My 2024 XLT Hybrid has "shipped." While waiting for delivery, I decided to call Ford Customer Service and see if they would confirm that I am eligible for the rollover Private Offer. They confirmed my ID and then gave me a Certificate number and an amount ($3400). I requested the info by email and they sent it, but the email does not include the amount.
The other weird thing about the email, is that the Certificate Number that they gave me over the phone is listed in the "expiration date." This offer has no expiration date and the 6-digit code is not a date in any format. Here is the whole text of the email:
Dear Mr._____
Thank you for contacting Ford Motor Company. About your private incentives on file and Thank you for being apart of our ford family. All of our unique direct offers, like the 23MY to 24MY Maverick Model Year Transition Private Offer, are issued based on certain market criteria and are unable to be generated upon request. Congratulations! At this time, we do see a direct offer has been issued for you.
Direct Offer Name: 23MY to 24MY Maverick Model Year Transition Private Offer
Program Number: 32168
Certificate Expiration Date: 123456
Please bring this information in to your local dealer. The dealer will be able to confirm how much the offer will save you on your new Ford Vehicle and go over all the requirements and restrictions as they are subject to change.
