Does anyone have a photo of how they threaded the rear nutplates through the holes to install their Rival skid plate. I'm just not seeing it.

Thanks Tom. I appreciate any help. Cheers.Tony,
Sorry no pictures, and the rear bolt install was really fiddly, so I'm not inclined to drop the plate to take a picture. ('23 Lariat Hybrid.)
But I remember, in my aging capacity these days, there are several holes forward that I used to get the nuts into position. I spent too much time on this part of the install.
Here's a copy of a post I did about the install, it might help. I see you have an EB, perhaps the access holes are different: Some have suggested zip ties to hold the pieces in place. I used a magnet to help align the front ones.

Bob,The rear nut plates have retainers to hold them in position. However when I attempted to use the bolts to secure the front portion of the plate in position, the holes drilled by Rival did not line with holes drilled by Ford in the chassis. After marking the spots on the plate where slightly longer bolts would align I drilled new holes. The plate is held securely but the filter and oil drain access points do not allow for filter removal and oil drain without a mess with oil draining onto the top of the plate.
Subsequent oil changes without a mess are accomplished by removing four bolts/nuts and dropping the plate vs the 14 screws holding the fragile factory cover.
Bob,The plate as installed works as intended. The issue is of course the need for removing the plate but of course the factory cover required removal.
I see it now. Thanks for the email and posting here. I appreciate it.The insert nut/nut plate goes in through the circled holes and then lays flat centered over the same holes. It helps to pull down a bit on the tab/wire when threading the bolt.
Hope that helps, feel free to PM me if you have any pictures/questions etc you would want to share so I can help you further.
