I ordered an FX4, 4k Tow, CP360 on 1/26. I know the dealer memo said that the "Retail Order Verification Process" had to be completed by 2/2. I texted my Sales guy today (2/1) to see if that was done. He said "we are good. It's pending through Ford." I don't know exactly what that means. Would it be worth calling the Ford Customer Service line tomorrow and asking about the order? Or just cross my fingers and hope for the best?
