Retail Order Verification Process?

I ordered an FX4, 4k Tow, CP360 on 1/26. I know the dealer memo said that the "Retail Order Verification Process" had to be completed by 2/2. I texted my Sales guy today (2/1) to see if that was done. He said "we are good. It's pending through Ford." I don't know exactly what that means. Would it be worth calling the Ford Customer Service line tomorrow and asking about the order? Or just cross my fingers and hope for the best?

Yes I got an email like that almost instantly while sitting in the dealership.

yeah I got that e-mail too while I was still sitting at the dealer. A couple of days later (probably Jan 31) I went ahead and called the 800 # just to ease my mind and they said I was in the system and would get the next email with a VIN number when it's scheduled for production.

I already have my truck. But that's the process I had. Got the Ford email minutes after they submitted my order. They actually wanted to make sure I got it before I left.

Next email is your planned production date. It will have the link with the Vin to track the build. Though mine went so fast once it went in to be built I never could so an update before the email told me it was built and awaiting shipping.
