One thing good about that flat black vinyl is that it does not show fingerprints. That area is where 99.5% of all drivers are going to touch the door to close it. I think it would be good to have the flat black on the rear doors too.

Yes that is a good point we’ll see how it works. Might just have to re-order the tap lol I will be on back order like all the other parts for the vehicles. That’s what happened when I got hit mine.

Been going back and forth on this, but I think I'll do this on my Cactus Gray when it warms up this spring.

There's a pic of a CG in one of the "similar threads" below. I think it looks much worse, actually.

I've pondered on this as well, but I personally feel the black looks better

It doesn't look bad by any means though.

The black also helps the keypad blend in better. Some Ford vehicles offer body colored keypads so it blends in better.

I get the comments about the HPR color on my truck all the time. Things like, that is just the best color, is it a red or an orange color?

I went HPR, I've seen it on an F-150 and it's gorgeous but I'm a little sad that I missed Alto blue.
I would have also been really happy if they offered Antimatter or Eruption green on the Maverick but that would have made the choice SO much harder.

In late Dec., I ended up paying $1750 over MSRP, which I swore I would never do, simply because this was our favorite color by far, and the last new Lariat Hybrid we could find anywhere in the country.
