Remote start on auto climate setting?

My new 25 lariat is not working properly with remote start either doesn’t matter if I leave seats and wheel on or off when I remote start they do not come on or stay on. They are always off after remote start and it was negative 8 degrees last week. My 2023 worked fine I’ve gone thru settings a few times will sadly have to take to dealer.

There are other threads on this topic. This tip made things better for me, but things are still not working full correct.
Remote start, then in the Ford Pass app, just below the slider to start, you will now see something like ‘Climate Settings’. Press that, then you can turn on Seats and Wheel. From that point forward, they will be on when starting with app or fob. Once you get in and start it, that is when it is not consistent. Mine alternates between Seat at 3 & Wheel Off and Seat at 2 & Wheel On. When I get in, the wheel is warm, so not sure why it turns off 1/2 the time; but it is better than before.
