I filled mine through the leveling plug and a hand pump. Drained out a little over 4 and put back in about 4 and a half.

Take the wheel off and turn the steering wheel so the hub and rotor assembly is out of the way. I didn’t want to take apart all that under the hood either, this seemed to work fine. Pump it until it starts dribbling out.
And you do this with the engine running and the transmission in Park?

Yes. Put the plug back in when you finish, put the wheel back on, get in and cycle through the gears a couple times. I took mine for a ride after I got done just to let it shift through the gears under load.

Good to know. I was concerned that maybe you wouldn’t be able to get the tube in far enough because it might hit some components.
It does hit something(not moving) about an inch past the threads that'll stop you from putting the tube in too far.
