Rearview Mirror Swap

I want to swap the "skinny" stock rearview mirror with one from a Mustang which also has auto-dimming. My question is there any wiring harness adapter to make this work in the Maverick or will I need to just run taps?

I used the frameless one from a mustang and im very happy with it..id look into one of those before you put that one in..I hardwired mine but that harness will work
