Random Ford Customer Service Call

Got called two times today by two different representatives stating they were from Ford customer service. Both left messages with one giving a direct extension and another an email address with @ford.com domain. Phone numbers seem to check out and one rep even mentioned MTC, saying they want to help solve my issue with the truck. Problem is, I have no issues nor requested any help and thought they no longer monitor this forum. How in the world did they connect my personal number and know I’m on MTC, who knows. Anyone get similar call? Could this really be legit and they are just fishing for feedback?

I did email them and got a cryptic reply that the engineering team wanted to ask questions regarding some issue I was having. Not sure what issue I am having, but sure, I replied back again with a time when I would be available. Never heard back from them again.

I got one about 3 weeks after I bought my ‘25 and they left a vm offering to spend 30 months walking me through features.

I hope you aren't compromised or hacked. I checked the Ford website after logging in and they do not offer an email option to contact customer support. I recently received a text message saying something similar with a link to click to "talk to a representative." I marked it spam and deleted it.

Yeah, I thought so too at first, but the number they were giving to call back checked out as an actual Ford customer service number and the email as I mentioned, is ford.com domain.
