I just got off the phone with Ford customer service about my order. He looked up my order first thing he said was wow right before the cutoff I ordered Jan 22nd told him my salesman was pretty honest told me I'd either be late fall or most likely pushed off to the next year the guy in customer service seemed kind of surprised he told me he actually has salesman calling in to try to get information because they don't know what's going on and he was glad I had an honest salesman who gave me realistic expectations, he did tell me there's a lot of misinformation online especially the forums about when u can order a reorder whether this is true what he just told me or not I don't know but he said he likes to give people information and he's been on the phone all day with people calling about reordering and things of that nature. He did say I would recommend to you as soon as we get off the phone call your salesman or call them early tomorrow order banks for 22 reorders he told me open up this following Monday. he never gave me a time and that there was a three-day window before new 23 orders can be placed he did say if you have a 22 order converting to a 23 order your order will be red flagged by Ford and by region and by constraints yours should be built with the same make model trim options before new 23 order of the same stats is built take all that with a grain of salt I'm going to call my dealer in the morning I've never really bugged the guy too much he does seem to be on the ball about most of everything.. the guy at customer service also told me I'm kind of lucky to have a decent salesman and dealership he gets calls all the time about the prices getting jacked up over MSRP on their orders he said Ford hates it but with the system in place the way it is there's not much they can do. Me personally I hope that you custom order a vehicle the dealership should not be allowed to make alterations without your approval and they should honor the agreed upon price at the time of purchase not Jack up five grand
