I'm in VA, but my code on my window sticker says RA2L, not CA2L. No idea why...

The (C) designates Convoy (Truck) transport, while the (R) designates Rail transport. So yours is shipping rail but to the same destination.

I have more indicators that Louisville(Shelbyville) was the final train stop for mine and that it is waiting to be loaded on a truck for delivery to Cincinnati. Pretty safe to say at this point that RA8P indicates your train ride ends in Louisville(Shelbyville).

My Ramp Code was RA34 but was not on the list. However RK34 was and that is Dallas TX (Mesquite) which is where my truck was unloaded.
