If I do this Master Reset, will it also reset my trip meters, AFE mileage factor and average fuel economy. Does it just affect the Sync stuff? My Maverick no longer holds the vehicle settings in the Sync screen between starts (the back seat occupant check reminder defaults on and the back up camera delay turns off). It recently started resetting with every start cycle rather than maintaining its settings. TCU fuse has been pulled forever.
No idea? My trip settings were not affected. I'm off warranty so this reset saved me a trip to the Dealership....my dealer charges minimum $82.00 for driving into their service bay just to look at something.

Did just attempt the Master Reset, it hung up on the "CONTINUE" button and everything froze, ended up doing the radio reset just to get everything working, did it again with same results. Still no Master Reset.
Yikes - that's no good. If you have Forscan Lite there is a service for rebooting a module, that being one of them.
Right now, the only thing really bothering me is the truck will not maintain the screen vehicle settings between off cycles. Still have not had any of the recall software updates done which will probably correct this from what I gather. Maybe, it's finally time. I was really waiting for the battery to crap out. I guess I messed that up by charging it. What fun!
