Radio issue - can't change stations

Does anyone know when ford is going to fix the Maverick radio problem of not changing station . I’ve had my Maverick about 2 month and am tired of listening to the same station.

This may not do anything at all but I am trying to help. Have you done the soft reset for the radio? Hold down the power and the fast forward button (>>) for 5-10 seconds. Would be a temporary fix if it works.

I did that also didn’t work junk radio

None of these resets work. I have not been able to change channels since delivery in early October.

Good idea . I tried but didn’t help. I spent over 1 hr talking to 5 different people at ford yesterday, not one had a clue what I was talking about. They should have some one monitor the forum they might learn something.

Dealer needs to update acm software. See other thread. Hopefully the dealer working on this doesn't introduce any new issues. Worked for me on my xlt ecoboost though
