So today I was driving listening to the radio and went to change the volume and nothing happened. I tried turning off the radio, but even though the display said it had turned off the radio it was still playing. I turned off the car and got out and the radio was still playing. Restarting didn't help so off to the dealer I went. They updated the ACM module software according to TSB 22-2399 and so far that has fixed the issue.

I’m seeing similar issue with the second Maverick we have. It is an EB and was built in April 2022. Oddly the first truck we bought has been functioning flawlessly in all aspects. It was built in October, 2021.

Thanks for the TSB information.

Holding the power button/ volume dial and forward seek (>>) does a full reset. Mine got stuck while Android Auto was updating in the background during the last update.

Seems like Mavs have quite a few random electronic gremlins. Saw a few people the other day saying they were getting a "depress clutch pedal to start" warning on the dash.

A bit concerning.

Hello there. Can you please send over a private message with your VIN and the name/location of your local Ford dealer? I would like to take a closer look at your Maverick's radio control.
