Radio freezes power button wont work

No. Dealer found many error codes
Before replacement of module.
Going back 3rd time now Monday to the dealership

Make sure the Infotainment system is running the latest software. Check in Settings.

Make sure you phone is running the latest version of AndroidAuto.

By "Power button not working" I assume you & the dealer have also reset the system by holding down Power & skip Forward buttons until system reboots(?).

Dealer installed new controller of some type and reset system. Not much better

Not much better because it's a flawed system even at its best. I've just learned to live with the glitches.

Every once and a while mine freezes, but I just quick reboot it with the power button/skip track trick

Mine did that when I first got it. It was horrible. Had to use a USB thumb drive and upgrade the Sync 3 to the latest version. Not sure if yours has Sync 3 or the new Sync 4.
