R99D in order number?

I looked on my sheet and there is no such thing. I check for both order and sales number and I don’t have them. I tried to contact my dealership yesterday and ask for the sales code and she told me she had no idea what I was talking about but ford wants it everytime I call them.

Sales code is the dealership specific identifying number. Ask then that way, they will know. It’s the same number on all of their orders at that dealership

What does the 99 mean in my order number

Your Ford Dealer has a Sales Code on all of its Orders… it should start with a Capital Letter F followed by 5 numbers. My dealer Maplecrest Ford in Union NJ is F13044..

There is a very legitimate concern over if they actually ordered one. Can you post what paperwork you did get?

R99D sounds like your ORDER Code… now look for a letter Fxxxxx and that will be sales code

You didn't get a sheet that looks like:

The order Number is usully 4 letter/number it is the first letter of the salesman's name followed by 2 digits and first letter of his last name

My order number was the date…. Each dealer uses its own system..
