Questions about the 4k tow

If I buy the Maverick without 4k tow package, can I install it after? The engine and cooler system will be different. How would that be match with the 4k tow package?

Short answer is no. Don't forget 4k has a different rear axle ratio plus the built in brake controller, 7 pin wiring connections and other difference you touched on.

It will cost way, way more to refit the tow package and the resale will not be there either.
Look up the cost of a hitch receiver as built vs. adding it later. There is a thread about that here.

The reason why I ask this question because there's a Maverick available now without the 4k tow package. Now I knew it would not be a good idea to take it.

Yup, I see trucks for sale all over Ohio... just about anything here with 4x4, AWD, and some sort of Tow package sell.... any others without these usually sit for months and months until the price drops.
