Hey!
I’ve been living with my Mav for just over two months and I cannot get over how much I dislike the orange accents throughout my XLT. I’ve already replaced the tray with a black one, and put some black & grey seat covers on all the seats… All that remains is the interior door pulls and the vents.
I have access to employee pricing on Ford parts so I’m switching out the louvres to the ones with the grey rubber pieces. How hard is this swap? Any tips or suggestions on how to do this? I tried looking on YouTube for videos (and also searched through MTC), but didn’t find anything specifically for the Maverick. I basically am just looking to understand what this “mod” (for lack of a better word) entails before I order the parts.
As for the door pulls, I understand that that’s a more challenging delete because of the plastic rivets and having to order the entire panel. So far my idea is to get some adhesive trim covers that I stumbled across on Amazon…. Unless someone has found a better option, product, or idea that’s worked for them?
