Removing interior door handle covers Help

ok the interior door handle covers on the front drivers and passengers door, once the 4 bolts are removed how does this piece come off? are there clips? i have trim tools just dont want to break anything if anyone has done this before. thanks in advance

Looks like it doesn't. Looks to be the whole door panel has to come off.

Not a fan of the Orange? They don't come off without removing the whole panel.
