Suggest calling or chatting with Ford customer service. They will tell you if the private offer is in your Vincent profile.I got pushed away at dealer too. They said once I get a vin# the private offer will show up in the system...we will see. It is all odd.
Yeah… pretty shabby customer service all round.All ready done it is escalated to regional because it's not in Vincent. Ford could not just roll them over and prioritize are orders. Now we need to take the dealers word for it. With no official word from Ford.

The dealer should be able to look it up too, but that would require them to actually lift a finger, so no certainty there.
I assume you’re saying the offer wasn’t in the system. That suggests there was something wrong with the original order that prevented the offer from automatically being generated. In which case you will have to go back to the dealer to find out why and try to get it fixed. The above post suggests there is an appeal process, but it depends on the dealer to initiate.Ford customer service told me that I had to contact the dealership.
