Private offer not showing

Not yet. I am still going through all avenues. I had a rep from ford executive call me but like every one else they said that department is off till after the first. 3 months of no answers on a simple logical paper trail. I will keep at it. I suggest you reply and include this. @Ford Motor Company .

Did you end up buying the truck or has it not arrived?
My ECO arrived today but they cant find the offer and all I am getting from the dealer is "IDK its not there" and Ford Marketing is just "Contact the dealer"

My truck is set to arrive next week. I strongly suggest when you go to purchase you have the Gm get ahold of the inventory manager. While you are there. If they can't you ask the Gm to contact who he goes to above him for other questions. Keep at it. This is ridiculous how some people have no problems while others are just suppose to let 2750 go. If that dealer was going lose 2750 you see them working a lot harder at getting the rebate.

You have to get them to get ahold of the inventory specialist. The dealer getting this done is the only hope. Some dealers are getting replies. Others are not. I'm going be. Honest. I got it. But I literally called contacted wrote over 50 emails. Than a separate dealer from mine did it as a favor for me.

My rep said he was on hold for 2 hours trying to get this sorted and they couldn't find a private offer with my name/email/address...

Still struggling with this on my December 2021 Ecoboost order which changed from a j order to a k order in September 2022
Visited my dealer twice and looked it up in his system - no private offer but he can see the my22 price protections
He agreed to call ford marketing program this week . My truck is finally in production after 14 months just hope I can get this sorted out before my trucks arrives

Unfortunately he seemed to say if it wasn't COVP approved then you are screwed.

I showed my dealer the portion in Tim’s video and he confirmed it was COVP’d
I suspect he had already watched the the video . Will text him tomorrow to get an update but hoping I get an email with the private offer

There is no price protection from 22 on 23s...... The private offer is to compensate for that. Are you sure you and the dealer are on the same page looking for the same thing>

I'm in a similar predicament. I have two 22 orders that were never scheduled. The rollover order shows the certificate, but the one that was a canceled VIN did not. That one is being built now and should be there in a month. It's like pulling teeth trying to get my dealer to look up anything for me.

There is no price protection from 22 on 23s...... The private offer is to compensate for that. Are you sure you and the dealer are on the same page looking for the same thing>

Understood . We saw the 22 price protections within my22 . Looking now for private offer which is for my carry over order
