Private Offer Not Showing Up But Ford CS Says I Likely Qualify

Placed order for 2022 Hybrid Model in early Nov 2021 before the cutoff. "Reordered" in September 2022 after not receiving vehicle that year. 2023 Hybrid Maverick just showing up at dealer today. Ford Customer Service doesn't show my "private offer" for $2750 on the hybrid but states that it looks like I qualify based on their research of my order history. How do I proceed with getting the private offer fulfilled at the dealer? Any help appreciated.

Not sure. I ordered a little earlier than you. My Mav is built and is heading for shipping... I will likely be in the same boat soon despite my persistence. Cust. service line/marketing line and chat told me to talk to the dealer and they've been all like “we’re looking into it.”
I’ve seen people still buy with the promise of “we pinky swear we’ll give you the money when it clears” which dosent sit right with me. I’ve read it may be an issue with fords system and EXACTLY written address not matching up (dr vs drive). So I’m not really sure. Following. Oh and congrats

Thanks for the congrats. Been a 14 month wait! The dealer called back and told me to call Ford customer service about the offer. I told him that I already did that today and customer service told me that I'd need to get this handled via the dealer. So, we'll see what happens.
