Priority Code 19 and other numbers?

19 seems to be the most common. My XL, ordered on 6/14/21, is also priority 19.

The highest priority that a Dealer can use for a retail order is 10. An order with a “10” priority code will schedule ahead of an order with an “11” priority code, etc. This allows Dealers to prioritize the order in which vehicles are scheduled, especially when a Dealer may have multiple retail orders in the USOB (Unscheduled Order Bank). With the WBDO ordering system, retail orders default to priority code “19” so it’s important that a Dealer change the priority code to a lower number if they want the order to be considered for scheduling earlier compared to other orders.

10-19 is dealer priority not manufacture priority. If nobody else orders one 19 is as good as 10. Likewise if 100 people have priority 10 and you're #99 well shit.

That’s what I read as well. Means almost nothing, as it is dealer specific.

I have a Priority Code 10. Ordered June 14 XLT with all of the packages (3), cactus gray, splash guards, mats and manual sliding window.

Splash guards are marked as late availability. Spoke to my sales rep today and he was able to determine that it will delay your build date, and that the splash guards will not be available until November. I was able to modify my order and delete the splash guards. Sales rep stated that they can order and install at the dealer when they become available, but if you order the option with the build, it will delay the build until November.

I think that is a number generated by your dealer for his use/tracking.

Thanks for sharing the info about delaying production till November for mudguards. Gives me an idea when to expect mine.

As others have noted, it’s dealer dependent and not universal for Ford.
I have an 11 on my XL w/2.0T AWD (local dealer) & a 19 on my XLT w/ 2.0T AWD (Chapman).
