Priority 19

Can anyone explain what the priority code is? I am priority 19. I ordered on 8/29 a XLT Hybrid, not sure if that has something to do with the coding.

Priority 10 is better for retail order from dealer. Then priority 2 from FORD production

If your dealership puts all customer orders at 19 then it is a level playing field when it comes to scheduling. That’s also true if they use 10 as their default priority code. Only the Region has the ability to pull an order under 10. When it goes to a 2, it is being looked at being scheduled. Some may stay at 2 for several weeks to months.

I was put at Priority 10, ordered on 12/30, got text today from dealer its going into production.

I’ve been priority code 2 for at least a few weeks. They previewed my truck a few weeks ago, but didn’t pull it for a build. Now I’m just back in the holding pattern.

But what Aza said is exactly what I was told.

10-19 is set by the dealer for retail orders and depends on what they do internally. A lot set them all to 19, so it's pretty much just "normal order" at most places.

Numbers lower than 10 are set by the region, and the lower it is at that point, the closer it is to production.

When the dealer orders your truck he uses WEBDO and the priority code is set by default to 19, You should call your dealer and ask them to have it changed to priority 10 which in theory will give you a better position in the order Que for a faster build date. Good luck
