I'll try to make it quick.

Am I locked into the price level at time of order?

On September 16th, I ordered my truck and received a build sheet which indicates price level 315, priority code 19. Signed a purchase contract which indicates a cash price of $33630 (MSRP + DD) as well as itemized dealer doc, sales tax, registration, and deposit.

This past week, I went to my dealer and received an updated build sheet which indicates price level 320, priority code 10, and the MSRP + DD total increased to $34125 as a result of Cyber Orange changing on the build sheet from $0 to $495.

Am I subject to the new price level? Or am I locked into the price level when I ordered?

Thanks in advance.

Someone else can correct me if I'm wrong, but cyber orange was always a $495 charge. I think some of the pricing wasn't put in correctly by Ford when orders were first put in.

Correct, and Ford isn't going to eat the cost of this mistake because unlike a situation where something was incorrectly priced and a small handful of people purchased it at the incorrect price before the mistake was fixed, this "incorrect price" was applied to literally every single MY23 Maverick that had a premium paint on their order.

I could see them honoring the pricing if they meant to increase the price in the new model year and the system let everyone order at the old pricing, but Ford isn't about to give away something to thousands of customers that has always been a cost on all of their vehicles.
