“Locked in?” What does that mean?

Has anyone on here had their dealer refer to their build as being “locked in?”

I contacted my dealer today and he said that my order has been “locked in,” which he said means ready to be scheduled. Now, he has his order to refer back to and said that his has not been locked in and mine will probably be delivered first. Has anybody heard of this? Thanks in advance… And happy Monday!

Could mean you order has went from a priority code 10-19 to a number below 10. Mine went from 10 to 2 awaiting scheduling
