Way to CYA with paper. Glad you settled it. I still have those nightmares but I do have three emails that break the amount down to the penny.

I have similar from my salesman to. He stated no markups on custom orders and I have another email that states all the out the door numbers unless I choose to add stuff.

Basically....word for word. I said there are too many dishonest dealers adding ADM fees to vehicles, and for a piece of mind...I need a PURCHASE AGREEMENT.

This was debunked long ago. No matter what the wording is at the top of the form. it is not a "Purchase Agreement" unless it includes the VIN!.
