Power liftgate

I got my Lariat Maverick yesterday. According to the brochure it is supposed to have a power locking liftgate but neither of my key fobs have that function. How many XLT and Lariat owners have that function on the key fob. Also is there a button in the interior to do that?

If you are meaning tailgate, my XLT locks and unlocks with the doors.

It's just the lock. Not the tailgate itself.

Yes... there is NO POWER to the tailgate for opening and closing (lifting as you stated) - auto locking and unlocking only.

It’s locked/unlocked with the other four doors, same as an SUV/hatch’s lift gate or a sedan’s trunk. Because it’s not power open/close and doesn’t “pop open” like those other vehicle categories, there’s no separate button on the fob.
