Notice he parked so as no one else can park in the stall on the left (except motorcycle). This also gives wider distance between vehicles if a vehicle ends up getting parked on the right of the Maverick. Good to do to help keep the sides of your vehicle from getting smacked. This is why I most always park in the back 40. Besides adding a few more steps is good for my total steps taken for the day.Apparently you need parking lessons to stay between the lines! lol
Why is it in the shop?My Mav has been at the shop for over a week! I miss it so much.
Awe, the life of retirement! What is this "office window" of which you speak? Is it somehow connected to the thing called "job"?
While I'm watching TV, cruising the Internet, reading, or perusing forums in the winter, the Maverick waits silently in the garage. It does the same thing in the summer, but then the list of activities expands to include playing with my '93 Lightning or '68 Cougar in addition to doing yard work when I feel like it.
Perhaps that's why, after 15 1/2 months of ownership, it only has 8,245 miles.
Depends on who you park near. Some people purposely key vehicles that park that way.Notice he parked so as no one else can park in the stall on the left (except motorcycle). That would really tic me off! Reason why I park in the back 40. I saw a chevy pickup yesterday that was keyed all the way down the left side. Why do people do such acts of vandalism? I certainly won't park like this in the future, to prevent some "Bozo" from keying my vehicle. I'll just walk further even in bad weather. I'll let the disabled and "lazy" park near the entrance.Depends on who you park near. Some people purposely key vehicles that park that way.
Not to mention tree debris on the ground not seenNotice he parked so as no one else can park in the stall on the left (except motorcycle). Yea I always try to park in the boondocks but seems like someone always parks beside me! I've seen cases where someone parks over the line in a full lot and somebody squeezed in the tight space. So parking like that is not always advantageous.Notice he parked so as no one else can park in the stall on the left (except motorcycle).
