Ford is releasing their T300 kit next year. That's the closest we'll get. Unless we all start emailing and asking all the tuners. I've already reached out to all the ones I know and no one is sure they will be able to support it.

Still waiting for 2025s.
Tuning this for drag racing is not at all my interest, nor should be the intent of this vehicle, imo. I want to build a 'hot compact pickup', like a hot hatch for a pickup. Twisty canyon road carver.

Fixing/increasing boost targets would go a Long way.

i know this is a baby turbo, but i think there are still noticeable gains to be had on this stock config.
The boost just feels like it falls off hard at anything over ~50 mph.
I'm convinced its by design. For EPA and/or safety reasons.

Further tuning timing (esp for an ethanol mix) would make a noticeable difference in responsiveness, when rolling into boost/power.
Especially at higher elevations where we're further power/o2 deprived in off-boost scenarios.

Auto trans is yet another part of the puzzle on this platform. (But I have Manual mode, for a reason.)

I don't mind adding a proper capacity/sized intercooler to supplement this tuning. Managing charge temps is important.

the good thing about turbochargers is that within reason they are self compensating for less dense air,Allis Chalmers lost their high altitude advantage when caterpillar started turbocharging their diesel engines( the detroits in the Allis Chalmers were supercharged) apparently the rootes blower had other uses bedside scavanging the crankcase, btw turbocharged aircraft have much higher ceilings then NA engines.

Interesting. Without a tune (let alone with), I thought it pulled very well at highway speeds especially when getting on the throttle. Now it's even better, obviously.

I’ve played around with tunes before, and I stick to modules that are easy to remove if the dealer needs to poke around the truck. I once used GÄN Tuning E46 320i on my old BMW and liked how the power bump felt without messing with the factory ECU, so I lean toward plug‑in options

For the Maverick, I’d look for something with a clean install and reversible setup.
