Pennsylvania orders?

Yeah I test drove that unit and then ordered in january. They assured me no markup on special orders and gave me a written quote for the OTD price on my Maverick.

Biggest issue is they don't seem to have much allocation. Not many of their Mav orders have been fulfilled yet as far as I can tell and they don't seem to have much Intel regarding when or if things are going to move. Have you heard much of anything from them?

My salesman is, to put it mildly, slow. So, despite reaching out several times, no real info.

Finally a build date of April 18 for my white EB XLT AWD with 4k towing from McCandless Ford in Mercer, Pa. Order date was October 12th, 2021.

That was my order date! Where's my build date dangit!

There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason. I did however call Ford Customer Service a week prior and they said they had no idea nor control of specific orders. I knew that going in but needed to vent a bit so why not?

Thanks! Thought the email would never come. Then one day in December the congrats email with a build date was received. Hopefully with some emphasis on getting the builds done you'll receive your email soon!

When did you get your shipped notification? Mine was built on 2/22 but haven’t heard anything yet since then and the tracker also has stopped working as usual. ETA in that email was 3/20 to 3/26.

Tracking website works for me. When I get in it says it's shipped and in transit. The delivery window says 3/7 - 3/14. I got an email on 2/9 that said "Your Vehicle is on the way". My dealer called me shortly after so they must get the same email I did. Seems like if yours was just built on 2/22, you'll get one in a few days. My email took maybe 10 days since it was built on 1/28.

Cool, thanks for the info! I think maybe it’s something with the VIN or something as they update them in the system maybe.

It seems to stop working between stages for me (a few days before built the tracker stopped working until the morning of my “built” day for example) so maybe that’s why it doesn’t work for me.

So your delivery estimate stayed the same between the built email and the in transit email too? Just wondering.

There's definitely a delay in the email communication vs tracker update. Email seems to happen first, and few days later the tracker matches. My delivery date during production said 3/7, when it finally shipped the delivery said 3/14. And I was given a window in the email for 3/7 - 3/14 so that all matched.

Yeah we bought our 2018 Explorer there brand new. When I saw the Maverick come out and knew I was looking for a truck I started to check the Maverick out online and called Whitmoyer once I was ready to order. Some of the dealers in York didn't seem to know much about the Mav or said I couldn't order yet, so Whitmoyer it was.
