Passenger seat uncomfortable

In my 23' Mav XLT Hybrid I have noticed that the passenger seat rides higher than the drivers seat and is uncomfortable as a result. Without and up/down adjustability I decided to raise the floor with a 1 inch platform that rests in the foot well. I covered it with the passenger floor mat. Seems to work. Anyone else have any other ideas?

I have a 2023 hybrid XLT w/lux. Pictures below show my passenger seat and the lever for the seat bottom.
It's probably part of the "lux package"?

I don’t know about the hybrid, but the Eco (24) isn’t. Drivers seat has it all tho.

Another mistake! Talk about OCD. Every time something shows up here that I’m not sure of, I have to go out and check! 24 XLT Lux, and yes I do have the pass seat handles that Glen pointed out. Never have wife as a passenger cause when we go out, I drive her car cause she has Sport Mode and paddle shifters = fun.

Like 'Meeka', I just went out and checked mine. It does have the passenger side manual seat height adjuster. 23 XLT Hybrid with LUX package.

Lux is what adds it.

XLT non-Lux.
Imagine my picture - no handle.

But my passenger seat isn't higher than driver's seat - because I have mine raised.
6'4" son has it bad enough, raised floor would not help!

Now for 25MY - since XLT has things the XL doesn't - wondering about that one.
