If you're going for longevity you'd be better off having them powder coated. May cost a few hundred per wheel but I will last the life of your truck. Honestly for as much as it would cost, and the amount of time you'd have to either run another set of wheels or have the truck on jackstands in the garage you might be better off just buying some aftermarket wheels you like.Is anyone else planning on painting their XLT wheels black? Any advice for how to do this in a way that will last? Thanks!
