Paint Color Choice

Hey all,
I ordered a Carbonized Grey Lariat, Lux, 4K, SIBL, Moon, 360, Eco 2.0
Been waiting I know, I know... 6 weeks now. Seems like an eternity.
I found a Velocity Blue, Hybrid, Lariat, Lux, Moon, 4k, SIBL about a hundred miles from me in Ga.
Planning on looking at it on Saturday. I have never wanted a blue vehicle.
Anyone that has gotten the Velocity Blue, whataya think of the color?

I got Carb Grey due to First Edition color limitations. Definitely NOT upset with this choice. Velocity Blue was really my favorite color though.

Velocity blue was my first choice. I love blue. But after some thought, I didn't want another blue vehicle. My interior however will be blue so I'm good with the contrast.

I personally liked the VB color, but my wife didn't. She said it looked like a toothpaste color. I ended up ordering CG.

Personally if I found a hybrid at MSRP I would get it as soon as possible. Dealers cannot be trusted. Uhhhhh yeah we have to return your deposit, the truck was damaged in shipping ...... uhhh no, a lot guy ran into it..... uhhh no, the craziest thing happened ..........

I wanted Cyber Orange but the 2016 Escape that it replaced was Electric Spice which is a similar color and I was over-ruled.

Same boat here - I ordered a Carbonized Gray FE because I couldn't get a Velocity Blue one!

I'm curious what the FE package would look like on a Velocity blue. Thinking maybe that black might not be so complimentary on it.
I'd priced out a Hybrid Lariat lux with the things FE comes with (minus painted roof and decals) and it wasn't really that much different. Kinda like they threw on those things almost for free. Not to mention, ordering a First Edition meant you were going to get your truck in the actual first year lol
