I drove my Maverick XLT over 200 miles following my EWMA motorcycle touring chapter. I cannot ride yet after surgery, so drive it was.
We were on 2 lane highways, 4 lane highways, interstates, country and village roads culminating in the Amish country of Ohio. There was stop and go, 2-5 mph crawls, 25 and 35 mph speed limits. Super slabs at 70+ and 45 and 55 mph.
I started out at just short of 500 miles, and ended up over 700. My average before this trips for was 36.7 MPG. I ended up at 41.9 total average at the finish.
The Mav handled well, the seats are very comfortable, and I used WAZE on my screen.
I am more than well-pleased with my purchase.
