Is the ordertrack app working? My truck hasn't changed forever and I can't get the Ford tracker to work either.

I'm guessing Ford has just shut it down.

Ordertrack works for me. I'm looking forward to see how it changes when my build begins.

The official Ford tracker website isn’t working for me, either. I put my info in, submit it, the web browser goes to the URL for my VIN, and then it redirects back to the main page. I’ve tried on Safari and Firefox on my iPhone and on Firefox on my WIN10 computer. I get the same behavior every time.

*edit* I got it to work in Chrome this morning. Not sure why I have to keep using different web browsers.

Try deleting cookies and cache. That got the website to do something. However, still no change in the info even though the operators at Ford keep telling me things are progressing.
