I hadn't checked my order tracking in several weeks, but decided to try today since my XLT hybrid is scheduled for this week (week of 12/18).
When I use the tracker at shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking and enter order number and VIN, the first click on "Accept and track" does nothing; the second click brings up an error "session has expired, please refresh your page".
Anyone else having the same issue? Should I be worried?
