I found the problem by chance. You MUST accept cookies for chat to work. I always reject cookies. I tried accepting them on incognito and it worked just fine.

Try deleting cookies and cache. That got the website to do something. However, still no change in the info even though the operators at Ford keep telling me things are progressing.

The tracking website has not told me anything and Ford never sent me an email. But I have my VIN, build date and delivery window. All this to say, don't assume the website has all the info. I've had the best luck calling Ford to get info.

My dealer hasn't told me. I called Ford to check on it. The call center lady thinks it might have just been generated Monday. Apparently the Vins get generated Mon, Wed and Fri.
