Ordered some ditch lights

Just ordered the Spartan Hoodlights, and a wireless controller from @F150LEDs .

I also picked up the Amber and Yellow covers for them, wasn't sure which would match my grill lights the best so got both colors.

Can not wait to get them so I can install them.

With the fog season approaching quickly I believe they will help big time.

I installed Lasfit fog lights. I detailed my build and stuff in that thread. Basically used the jccLLC ditch light brackets and an aux beam switch.
Good luck with the installation. Fog lights work great and help with visibility but I can't wait for a lower mounting solution for them.

I looked at the lasfit, but the @F150LEDs won out because it comes with brackets, and they offered wireless control and covers. Plus they sponsor this forum.

I looked at that website. I like those light, but really have no need for them that I can think of. I did buy the HUD, however. Spun the wheel and got 10% off.

Living in Indiana we get fog, so I wanted something to help with visibility. Plus when I travel, I generally do my driving in the dark hours when deer love to jaywalk instead of using crosswalks like us sophisticated beings with thumbs.

I have been looking at the HUD. Please let me know how it is when you get it.

That’s a smart move to get the lights. Not much use for them in Vegas. I do like them. They look cool. I’m afraid the car wash would not be good for them. I’ll let you know about the HUD.
