Oil part # ?

Just had my oil and filter changed at dealer today and was wondering where I could look up a # on the invoice for the oil? LO-20113A NCACC S. Totally different from my 2 other oil changes, which were CXO. Thanks for any help folks.

no idea what the differences in the code are, i can only assume those are internal codes for the dealer Is there a 5.5 or 6 for like quarts on any line item? I would assume the dealer is using OE Motorcraft oil so the only differences are the weight and synthetic blend or full synthetic. i would just ask them

Thanks Craig. The last 2 oil changes I’ve gotten at the dealer were semi syn cause they said they don’t have 5-30 full. But that counter guy doesn’t work there anymore so I asked the new dude and he said he can do the full synthetic oil. Just curious if those #’s are full synthetic. Must be, cause it cost almost $20.00 more!

It's full synthetic. Shop code is for that specific dealer.

Don't the dealers use drums of oil?

Most do for the most commonly used oils. that is why, if you demand a specific oil they do not buy in bulk, your bill may be higher.
