A bit off topic but on my list of “woes me” 1st world problems being a Ford Maverick owner, does anyone else find this mildly annoying how the wiper hits this trim…
No it doesn't bother me because mine rest on that dot where they're supposed to on the glass and don't touch the rubber trim like that.

Now mine have done that time to time but usually it's for me because I lift them up when I clean the glass, but when I'm finished I'll set them back at the positioning point marked on the glass.

I tried this and did not like them. they wore out faster than my stock wipers, and more importantly, they were about 1" shorter each. (yes, I bought the correct sizes. it seems to me if you make a 22" wiper that's really only 21.2" long, you save a little bit of material cost.)
The wiper is actually 23" not 22" as stated in the manual so you might want to buy a 23" wiper.

no, these wipers work great, same length as stock: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BQ6HBRVV

it really was that the Michelin wipers sold at Costco are at least half inch shorter. I didn't like their service life, either, so I would not recommend them at all.

Thanks, I was looking at these as well but paused when I measured the original as 23".

I have about 20k on a set and haven't needed to install the replacement inserts yet. So, each one is wiping a larger area and lasting better than the Michelins, and you get 2 wiper replacements in the kit.

The biggest thing is I am a cheapskate so after every time I wash the vehicle I clean the wiper blades with isopropyl alcohol and remove the grit, dirt and oil from the roadway. Keeping the rubber blades clean will extend the life of them. On my previous vehicle I went 6 years before I noticed a slight tearing away of the rubber blade on the passenger side. This is in western Washington where we are well know for rain. The replacement blades I bought were some auto store cheapie blades.
