We had a lot of problems with the ptu overheating and the awd system shutting itself down when trying to dyno it in awd. We ended up disconnecting the rear differential plug so it stays in fwd on the dyno pulls. If I were to dyno it again I would just use a fwd dyno and save myself from the headache.

Wouldnt that effect the fuel delivery and trans shift points and all around performance you are trying to achieve with a tune being that it’s gonna be put back on awd when plugged back up, More of a load with the awd system engaging. Also dyno numbers would be higher on fwd since its pushing that power to 2 wheels instead of 4.

The day I picked it up

First mods were lighting. I purchased Diode Dynamics Reverse, Cab and Yellow fog light kit. Also got custom plates.

2nd Mod was Good-Win Racing Lowering and Handling Upgrade

3rd was Stainless works downpipe

4th was S&B Intake

5th was Fast Mavericks Intercooler

The day I put it on the rollers to see what it puts out to the wheels after mods listed and e-tune.

Here is my best 0-60 & 1/4 mile runs I made with my dragy.

Stainless works is 3 inch

Trans has its own tune. Engine was locked in 4th gear for a 1 to 1 ratio. I went to a shop with a new dyno so the numbers seem to be low since my front wheels were slipping on the rollers. Eventually I will get a dyno at another shop but want to do a couple more upgrades and get it retuned by alan at edge autosport.

I am driving a 24 XLT. Not sure if there is a difference or not but I just installed a 2.5 MagnaFlow catback.
