Noise from what?

Why does my Lariat make noises like it’s locking or unlocking doors when I am close to it but DO NOT have the key fob with me? Weird. I was working in the driveway today close to my truck and it kept making noises. I’ve had the Mav for two weeks now and am loving it but what the heck are the noises from?!

Mine does that occasionally, usually when I’m washing the truck with keys in my pocket.

I DON’T have keys with me! I often hear something when I am close.

I have EB not hybrid and do not have key fob with me.

My Ecoboost does the same thing; it was my understanding that often it’s the ford pass connect communicating with cell tower for vehicle updates, ford data mining, etc. it makes the same sound for me when after I have pushed the remote start, stop, or lock on the ford pass app on my Apple Watch but before it actually completes the request.
