No price protection

So my truck came in and went to pick it up and the dealer would not give me the $500 price protection for the price increase that was done on Feb 1 2023. They said they followed the steps per the letter but their paper work showed hold vs approved. They showed me the paperwork and about half of their orders were approved and half had hold. Anyone else have this issue and how did you get it resolved?

Any help would be appreciated!

The good news is I did get my truck and am loving it for the first 50 miles!

I picked up my eco.. On Feb 10th.. And didnt had to pay the price increase.... Salesman said if I turned it down then they would add the price increase to a non ordered buyer
