Classic FordPass app bug. Mine was blank for a few days too, then randomly fixed itself without an update. Definitely a server-side glitch, so no point in constantly reinstalling the app

Well, actually, it was a known issue with an app update, and it required a new update to fix it.
It was on the app side. Find all the other threads on it that popped up when it happened.
So you had a different issue.
