Did you give your drivers license when you first ordered? If you did not, then sorry to say you do not have an order. A drivers license is required for Ford to verify the order and actually enter it into the que for scheduling.
The orders have been closed, and unless someone high up is pulling some strings for you, your dealer asking for your drivers license now is a moot point...
