Dealer has had the XLT for a week and they still cannot get the truck to connect to the app.
Dealer has come back stating they are going to order a (3 lettered) module and this shows in stock but will take 3-5 business days to arrive.

Went in for a break in oil change at 3500 kms and had the dealer check over the connectivity issue. Sales tried connecting their phone to my truck to their garage - no luck. Ford mechanic tried connecting and no luck. They sent me home and made an appointment for a loaner.
