No connectivity Maverick to FordPass app

Good Morning:
Picked my 24 XLT AWD up Feb 2, 2024, cannot get the truck to connect to App. Have spent a couple hours with the dealer, close to 3 hours with Ford help Call Center agent and have received a Ford case number and am awaiting a 5 day service level call back from engineering.
I’ve set my radio time numerous time and it stops and gives the wrong time. Tried connecting to house wifi and it is checking for updates into the future as the system time is wonky. Tried connecting to the salesperson’s FordPass app and it won’t connect to theirs either
Who else out here is also having the same issues?

I just picked up a 24 lariat yesterday and got the same issue. After some troubleshooting with one of the sales rep, we noticed that the modem serial number was missing from the settings screen in the vehicle. Sale rep said suspect that the modem is not responding for u/k reasons so they gave me an appointment for next week. To be followed 🤔

As of today Feb 14,2024 the truck kept the set clock time all day. This evenings check for update on the home wifi was actually at the correct time and not into the future by 3 days as it was this morning. When going into connectivity nothing happens when tapping the buttons. App is requesting changes to connectivity settings. There is a conflict between the two. Have NOT head back from FORD Engineering group for their Service Level Agreement of 5 business day return call.

Went in for a break in oil change at 3500 kms and had the dealer check over the connectivity issue. Sales tried connecting their phone to my truck to their garage - no luck. Ford mechanic tried connecting and no luck. They sent me home and made an appointment for a loaner.

Have now been given an explorer to drive while my XLT has been in the shop for a week.

Have completely removed the vehicle from my app and have since deleted the app from my IPhone SE that is running 17.4.

Have given the service department my log in information to troubleshoot.
Am receiving an email that states a vehicle has been added but no “approval” button shows to accept.

Dealer has had the XLT for a week and they still cannot get the truck to connect to the app.

Dealer has come back stating they are going to order a (3 lettered) module and this shows in stock but will take 3-5 business days to arrive.
For those that are having the same no connectivity issue in their app as well have posted a photo of what the error looks like.

The issue was resolved by the dealer installing a new modem as the first one stopped working roughly 3 weeks before delivery according to ford server. Now all is working fine !
