Ford app will not connect to truck. Connectivity setting missing.

My radio froze the other day. I asked on this thread about it.

I looked at my friend's truck. The option for connectivity setting, circled in the pic, is missing on my truck.
All Ford help says to go to this setting and reset it. What do I do if the setting is not there? I have factory reset, hard reset, and pulled fuses. Any suggestions before I call Ford?

I am not sure about the systems without the Sync3, But if you have sync3 Check Fuse 11 in Passengers foot well.

so I called Ford and they told me that I need to take the truck in and have them do a master reset done on the modem. I will see how it goes.
