Is Rovp the same as :customer order verification program?? I got a screen shot from my sales guy saying my enrollment status was approved along with an order number and tracking number

It is similar, Ford said on Maverick that dealers are required to use the Reservation to Order website to submit documents.

Never got an email for anything (yes checked spam folder). I was able to confirm with Ford everything was correct including email address and surprisingly got my vin during that call. I got my production date from my dealer. It seems I am in production now according to this website tracker but I haven't been able to confirm on the official Ford tracking website as it hasn't been working for me the past two days. Never got an email for any of those.

Not necessarily, what they are seeing is the order itself not the ROVP approval.

My order was submitted through the ROVP system and my dealer only asked for my drivers license but didn't get me to sign an order sheet so will my order still get approved or should he get me to sign an order sheet and submit that.

My first order 12/14/21 no email but confirmed by Ford with VIN#. Second order 12/28/21 did receive Ford email so... I'm 50/50.

Do you live in California? Only thing required in California is copy of deposit check and copy of driver's license. All other states require a filed out and signed order sheet by hand, signed buyers order, and copy of driver's license. Those are the documents required for an approved order by Ford. Of course submitted by the dealer in the ROVP website on the Maverick.

I live in Alabama. I will get with my dealer to make sure everything is submitted.

Your dealer was probably too lazy to enter your e-mail with the order, or entered it incorrectly. The system is only as good as the data entered, if it was entered at all.

I was also concerned with the ROVP vs. COVP (which is what I have). I was happy to read that fordvideoguy says that is acceptable. I do have a tracking# and order#, but have no idea what to do with that, or if it helps in any way.
